Use a GPS-tracking / running app to track your run
Record your progress in this website and upload the photo of your progress from your device
We will verify it and send your award upon completion
Rules and Conditions
"No completion, no medal" policy; This race is based on honour system, Spreen will do periodic checks on the submissions. Treat yourself, don’t cheat yourself
All GPS-based app (screenshot) are or wearables (photo) are acceptable. Make sure to have date and distance in the proof.
Entries are not refundable/transferable.
Account may be suspended if fraudulent results are found
You CAN complete your run in multiple submission
Walk, Run or treadmill run are all qualified, if you can provide date and distance from the treadmill. You can you wearable on treadmill as well as a way to provide proof.
Registration fee inclusive of ONE time courier charges ONLY. Any return/unsuccessful delivery by Courier Company, RM6 needed for resend charges.
